PRINT Why is Signature's model a success? Signature Capital's model may be different but it is gaining traction and we believe it will become more prevalent in the industry. Although we are not and do not want to be scalable beyond 4 to 5 new sponsored companies per year, others like us will exist in the future. The demand for Signature's structure will drive this expansion and we experience this interest from all of our key constituents:

• Founders - many of those once burned by traditional VC's, or those close to them, commonly express their regret at not having known about our services before they committed themselves and their companies to a typical VC.
• Hedge Funds Investors - principals of these entities want to be active participants in selecting their investments rather than being anonymous members of a fund and are expressing their approval of Signature's model with their investments.
• Investors - our constant growth is the best evidence for the success of the Signature model, each investor votes for our methods by joining our ventures.
• Who's Who Board Members - show their support for the Signature model by joining our Boards and subscribing to and supporting our methods.
• Founders / Investors / Industry Leaders / Board Members - all actively evidence their belief in the Signature model by consistently feeding our strong deal flow.
