Signature Capital’s latest addition to its German portfolio, acquired in April 2017, is Salzufer-22 on the Landwehr Canal in Berlin, where 15,000 sqm of office space are being managed. As of July 2017, we only have three units of 340qm each left to let as modern office space on floors +2, +3 and +4.

Berlin, Mindyard (previously known as Neue grunstrase 17)

The “Mindyard” asset in Berlin’s trendy Spittelmarkt area was acquired by Signature Capital in 2016. It offers a total of 12,500 sqm of lettable area of which some 1,200 sqm of office space in units of varying sizes is still available on different floors from Ground Floor to +4.
