Signature Capital sold the Berlin Vodafone headquarters in the district of Tempelhof to COLCAP in May 2020. The fully rented property currently known as the Berlin Vodafone Campus occupies 13,000 sqm with four upper floors. When originally acquired by Signature Capital in January 2019 the lease remaining to the tenant Vodafone was short. We successfully negotiated a re-gear of the lease for a further 10 years ahead of disposal.
